At Da Varido, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee . Please read the conditions below carefully to make a return and receive a refund.
Return Procedure
1. Si vous n’êtes pas entièrement satisfait(e) de votre commande, vous pouvez soumettre une demande de retour dans un délai de 30 jours via notre formulaire de contact. Merci d’indiquer votre numéro de commande et la raison de votre demande.
2. Notre service client examinera votre requête et proposera la solution la plus adaptée à votre situation — qu’il s’agisse d’un remboursement ou d’un remplacement.
3. Dans la majorité des cas, le retour du produit n’est pas nécessaire. Si un retour est requis, nous vous fournirons l’adresse et les instructions correspondantes.
4. Une fois votre demande traitée, vous recevrez une confirmation par e-mail.
Return Conditions and Modalities
• 30-day return declaration: The customer must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product via our contact form.
• 30-day return period: Once the request is approved, the customer has up to 30 days after receipt to return the item.
• Conditions for a valid return:
• The product must be in perfect condition , unused and with all original labels and packaging .
• Damaged, used or incomplete items will not be eligible for a refund.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within a few business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancelation
Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you can return the product for a full refund in accordance with our return policy.
Important: Upsells purchased in combination with the same product cannot be canceled. If you purchased a product with a special offer or upgrade, cancellation of the order will not be possible once it has been confirmed.
Incorrect Delivery
If you received an incorrect item, we will resend you the correct item free of charge. A full refund is not possible unless the incorrect item is returned after receiving the correct item.
If an order is returned to sender, the order cannot be canceled. The item can only be reshipped, at the buyer's expense.
Liability for Customer Inaction Regarding Delivery
When a package is not successfully delivered and is returned to the carrier's sorting center, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to request a redelivery or obtain proof of non-receipt.
If the customer fails to follow these instructions or fails to act, the right to a refund becomes void. We demonstrate initiative and support on our part, but we cannot be held responsible for the destruction or loss of the package due to the recipient's inactivity.

Orders over €100
For any order with a total amount exceeding €100, returns do not give rise to a cash refund .
In case of return, a credit (discount code) of an amount equivalent to the returned item will be issued.
This code is valid for 12 months and can be used on our online store.
This allows us to continue to offer competitive prices while ensuring a fair solution for our customers.
